How to Find Your Body Fat Percentage
The following body fat calculator uses the U.S. Navy Circumference Method where three or four body measurements are fed into a formula to estimate the percentage of your body that is made up of fat. As far as I can tell, this is the most authoritative, as it is based on World Health Organization and National Institutes of Health recommendations, and takes age into account.
