Fitness is a Lifestyle Choice

 

Lifestyle Fitness Coaching focuses on creating positive results by building self-awareness, supporting positive action and facilitating a deepened understanding that opens the door to new possibilities and choices.

Do you know where you are going, what your life is about and how your values affect you day to day? I will guide you to clarify your health and fitness values, beliefs, purpose and goals.

My approach to Lifestyle Fitness Coaching is person centered, focusing on the immediate needs and personal development to help maintain equilibrium in your life. I can work with you to become more aware of the areas in your life that may be askew and the obstacles which are hindering your progress to achieve a healthier lifestyle.

My objective as a Lifestyle Fitness Coach is to get you on a path that is best suited for where you are in your life, as well as to create a program that you can maintain on your own.
 


The Coaching Process

Coaching is about establishing a trusting, confidential and supportive relationship. Each week, we will work together to help you move forward faster and go further than you might now imagine.

Making meaningful changes in your life takes time, commitment and support. Coaching can provide you with the structure and inspiration to really accomplish some amazing things.

In the coaching relationship you may decide to work on all areas of your life at once or just focus on one at a time. Each coaching program is personalized to meet your wants and needs. You and I will work together to re-assess goals and priorities, because your goals and priorities will change along he way.

Together We Will:
 

  • Get a clear understanding of who you are and what you value.

  • Identify and access valuable resources in your environment.

  • Organize your life and remove tolerations that are draining your energy.

  • Solve problems quickly and efficiently.

  • Eliminate self-defeating behaviors and roadblocks to your success.

  • Take action and start living the life you have always wanted.

  • Celebrate your achievements as you make positive changes.


Coaching Sessions:

In-Person Sessions can be arranged in select areas of the Inland Empire, Southern California. Contact me.

Telephone Sessions give you the freedom to have your session anywhere you are in the world – including the comfort of your own home.

During each coaching session, you choose the area on which you want to focus. This is time devoted entirely to you and we will always concentrate on whatever is most important to you. Through the coaching process, the clarity you need to move forward with the most effective action is discovered. With me, you will create action steps that move you toward accomplishment of your goals. It is important to note that powerful learning also occurs during the time between your coaching sessions.
