Walk with The Rhino!
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at 6:00 am at Dos Lagos in
Corona, California! Have some fun, get some exercise and enjoy the wonderful
California sunshine!

How's this for a
"Before and After?" This is Flavio. When he came to the U.S., he weighed
over 285 lbs (he's 5'-10"). Now, less than eight months later, he weighs
240! And he is still losing. He has more energy and just plain feels a whole
lot better!
What's the secret?
Four-hour cardio workouts? NO! Starvation dieting?
NO! Expensive, dangerous surgery? NO WAY!
Liposuciton? GIVE ME A BREAK!
The secret is simple:
healthy, clean eating and a basic exercise program. You can ask him, he's
never hungry and he doesn't spend all of his free time on cardio.
UPDATE!!

Flavio has now reached
his goal weight of 220 lbs. and is in the best shape ever! There is
certainly a lot less of him around these days!
 
Here is another
transformation story. This is Nick. Nick was an average 18-year-old with a
little baby fat to get rid of. He also wanted to gain some muscular
bodyweight. So we got him started on a basic lifting routine at first, and
then when he was ready, bumped him up to an intermediate size and strength
routine. He is now lifting some very respectable weights and has made
incredible gains in his musculature, all while reducing the bodyfat. He
feels that he still has some improvement to make, and has no plans to stop
now!
He contributes his
success to clean eating and sensible lifting programs. NO
drugs, NO crazy fad supplements, NO
dangerous substances. Just good, hard work in the gym and the right
nutrition. He has also learned that it is important to keep your goals
realistic.
